ORDER ON EPIWEB.SE : COMPLAINTS

In November, we decided to place a large order of Epiweb gear, to satisfy the growing demand for it on KARNIVORES.COM. Unfortunately, this experience was bad - at the moment (4 months after the order), we've only received a small part of the Epiweb articles we had ordered for karnivores.com (1 parcel out of 3). We don't have the slightest news, and both parcels seem definitely lost. One of them cannot even be tracked, because the tracking number is wrong. In the meantime, Mikael Karlbom manager of DUSK.SE is mute, in spite of several amicable mails and telephone messages. That means - no new parcels on the departure, and our money lost (around 2000€) .

LAST NEWS (15/02/2011)

Recently, we took contact with three other distributors of Epiweb in Europe. At the time, we have two replies.

From Marc, http://www.dartfrog.co.uk, a long time EPIWEB retailer, is in the same situation.

"I am having exactly the same problems as you. I placed a large order for Epiweb at the end of November and still haven't received it. They have totally ignored my emails and telephone voice messages. I have now contacted the UK European Consumer Centre to try to start legal action against Dusk.

The worse thing is I have a customer in Poland who placed an order for a small amount of Epiweb in January and after he threatened them he received his epiweb in 1 week. Another customer in the UK requested some information on Epiweb from Dusk and received a reply in 2 hours! So they are definitely just ignoring larger custoemrs (I have been using them for over 3 years without problems until this occasion).

I have no idea what they are playing at. I am very angry and frustrated as I have over 20 customers waiting for me to supply Epiweb. "

We have stopped working with them several months ago. They are completelly crazy and they never attend orders and give a very bad service. Don't trust them."

COMMANDE CHEZ EPIWEB

Courant novembre, nous avons décidé de passer une grosse commande de matériel Epiweb  afin de satisfaire la demande grandissante. Malheureusement, cette expérience ne fut pas heureuse : à l'heure actuelle (4 mois après la commande), nous n'avons reçu qu'une petite partie des articles que nous avions commandés chez eux (1 colis sur les 3 prévus). Nous n'avons aucune nouvelle, les deux colis en chemin semblent définitivement perdus. De son côté, malgré plusieurs relances amiables par mail et téléphone, Mikael Karlbom est muet. Pas de nouveau colis sur le départ, et notre argent envolé (commande de plus de 2000€).

DU NOUVEAU (15 février 2011)

Nous avons contacté trois autres distributeurs qui travaillent avec Epiweb par Email. Deux nous ont répondu, dont Marc, du site http://www.dartfrog.co.uk , revendeur depuis des années, qui ne reçoit plus de réponses concernant ses commandes; la société Terribilis.net a décidé de ne plus travailler eux non plus.
